Decameron: Enjoy The View [VI/1]
You want dinner? I can make you some of this pasta, just hang tight.
Did you watch The View today? Oh man, let me tell you about it. The first segment was this huge fight between Meghan and Sunny about antifa, it was — actually, back up it was the second segment, the first segment was when Whoopi had to cut it short right in the middle of Joy going off on the governor of Minnesota, or was it the Mayor of Minneapolis, I forget, either way, this second segment was Joy and Meghan just going at it over whether or not people who were fighting in the streets — sorry, Sunny and Meghan — and you know like Sunny was like well I was a prosecutor and I know about law and order and I think that it’s just such a shame that they were destroying things but then Whoopi came to their defense like, wait, no, Whoopi was on Sunny’s side, Joy came to their defense like, well they’re furious and they’ve had nothing done for them forever! Which weirdly Meghan agreed with but then she was like well when my Father was running for president and then so on and so on and it became a whole culture war thing, which Joy got into because you know how much — Sunny, wait, it was Sunny who got into it, and that was actually into the third segment because Whoopi had to throw it to commercials right in the middle of Joy and Meghan yelling about antifa, I mean Joy and Sunny, they were — no, yes, you’re right, Meghan and Sunny were going at it, but then Padma Lakshmi — I’m skipping ahead they had her on a the guest after Amy Klobuchar — for some reason set Meghan off, wait Amy was on yesterday I’m actually thinking of Tammy Duckworth, anyway, Joy only —
Oh, you just wanted to heat up a Hot Pocket? That works too.
